About the role This is a full-time position and on-site, hybrid or work from home is not an option. Working supervisory role providing day-to-day service solutions of an assigned team and/or sub-contractors to ensure services are delivered in a safe, GMP compliant, and timely manner within budget. As a CBRE LIS Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day service solutions of a small team to deliver Laboratory Instrument Services in a GxP environment. The services will be delivered in a Quality Control Laboratory to a Pharmaceutical client manufacturing product.

Responsibilities

Supervises, plans, directs, schedules and performs day-to-day and long-range activities for defined GMP Pharma Services scope, and ensures all programs and procedures to be delivered by the Pharma Services staff are being properly implemented.
Reviews work orders to ensure compliance with GMP processes as defined by the client, performance, safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements, as well as with all company policies, standards, and procedures.
Reviews and updates LIS equipment, maintenance and calibration procedures, and LTS (Laboratory Technical Services) procedures to ensure compliance with GMP processes as defined by the client.
Processes performance metrics; tracks, analyses, and reports performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Takes corrective action to bring about required change and ensures contract requirements have been executed at a level above the specified standards.
Manages contractor specifications, problems/issues, performance, and administration.
Ensures supply of spare parts and consumables for in-scope Pharma Services.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area.
Recommends staff recruitment, selection, corrective action and termination.
Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff.
Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies.
Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.
