About The Position

This position will work in our HCH Primary Care clinic and is responsible for collecting clinical samples for the hospital. The Laboratory Assistant must be sensitive to working with people of all ages and needs to communicate clearly.

Requirements

• BLS
• GED or High School Diploma required
• Must acquire and or maintain drug and alcohol collection and testing certificate within a year of hire
• Previous phlebotomy experience is required
• Experience Required
• 12 hr shifts
• 24 hrs/pay every 3rd weekend
• 2 Fridays a month
• holiday rotation

Nice To Haves

• National Phlebotomy Association Certification or equivalent preferred
