How you’ll make an impact in this role Supporting market and hospital leaders with workflow improvements and implementing strategies to manage premium pay, contract labor, and overall expenses. Monitoring KPIs to identify trends and developing data-driven reporting to guide corrective actions. Ensuring accurate volume forecasting and managing stakeholder demands to optimize resource utilization. Planning and evaluating labor management projects, including the implementation of new systems and technologies. Assessing quality control and supporting associate training to enhance productivity. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-5 years of experience in labor management, productivity, and/or workforce analytics
  • Previous healthcare experience
