University Human Resources (UHR) has an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to serve as the inaugural Labor Relations Consultant within the UHR Labor Relations team. The Labor Relations Consultant is responsible for providing professional support to the Program Director, Labor Relations. The incumbent in this new role will have the opportunity to foster positive working relationships with labor unions, resolve union disputes and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and collective bargaining agreements. The ideal candidate will have experience providing professional support in a high pace, high volume environment while maintaining strong communication with unions and leadership and confidentiality of sensitive information. This is an office position with a regular/standard work schedule. Travel within the campus and limited off-campus (limited) is required.
