The Labor Law Enforcement Supervisor reports to an administrative supervisor and is responsible for planning, assigning, reviewing, and evaluating the work of staff who investigate violations of Workers’ Compensation laws, including noncompliant businesses operating within the State. This position operates a state-issued fleet vehicle for work-related travel. The Supervisor oversees enforcement activities, conducts employer training and outreach on Workers’ Compensation requirements, and ensures consistent application of regulations. The position also researches and analyzes the impact of proposed and existing state and federal regulations on Office of Workers’ Compensation (OWC) operations and collaborates with the Deputy Attorney General to prepare cases for litigation.
