Labor Forecaster
About The Position
Responsible for crEating Labor Forecasts in assigned Divisions, interacting with Division and Corporate staffs to obtain all pertinent detail necessary for Forecast crEation. Responsible for communicating with and assisting the Labor Management Team in Implementation of effective Forecasts through the Enterprise Labor Management System (ELMS). Responsibility as the liaison between assigned Corporate and Division teams for effective technical management of the ELMS System. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, Integrity, diversity, inclusion and Safety of others.

- Creating Labor Forecasts in assigned Divisions
- Interacting with Division and Corporate staffs to obtain all pertinent detail necessary for Forecast creation
