A mid-sized law firm with offices across NYS seeks a full-time Litigation Attorney for their Buffalo office. The attorney provides proactive counsel, conducts workplace investigations, and defends employers in state and federal litigation. Advice & Counsel Proactive, day-to-day guidance to help employers comply with employment laws, manage personnel issues, and reduce risk before disputes arise. Investigations Discreet, impartial workplace and internal investigations that uncover facts, address misconduct, and support sound business decisions. Litigation Experienced defense of employers in state and federal courts, arbitration, and proceedings before employment-related agencies.
