About The Position
Trench Right, a Neighborly Company, is looking for a Crew Leader who is career focused with a great work ethic and who wants to succeed. We are an excavation company specializing in the repair of sewer, water and storm lines underground.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and enjoys working with a team
- Effectively communicate with team members.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Sense of humor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: 1 to 2+ years' experience operating a backhoe
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site crew in initiatives
- Operate medium sized track hoe in residential and commercial areas
- Work with a team to complete tasks quickly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Perform other duties as requested
