What you will be doing: Represent clients in labor and employment matters, including disputes, negotiations, and advisory work. Provide legal counsel to public and/or private sector clients. Handle matters involving labor relations, collective bargaining, and employment compliance. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Contribute to business development efforts (for partner-level candidates). Experience you will need: Licensed to practice law in New Jersey. Significant experience in labor and employment law. Strong background representing public entities such as school boards or municipalities preferred. Experience representing private sector clients is also considered. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Partner-Level Requirements: Portable book of business of approximately $300K+. Proven track record in client development and revenue generation. Counsel-Level Requirements: Strong labor law experience, particularly with public entities. No book of business required.
