About The Position

The Labeling Specialist is responsible for routine and advanced tasks related to the creation and approval of product labeling.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Understanding of labeling regulations and guideline.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High School diploma required; bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Labeling Support role or equivalent.
• Experience with an ERP system.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex label creation and modification tasks.
• Assign labeling for new devices.
• Assign label component and part numbers to a log or database.
• Create temporary production labels.
• Investigate labeling issues for other departments.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of label files and systems.
• Create and maintain label attribute data.
• Troubleshoot complex labeling issues.
• Work on special assignments as assigned.
