About The Position

As a Machine Operator, you will be the "Technical Pilot" of the label production line, responsible for setting up and operating precision machinery to meet production goals with a "zero-defect" mindset. This role is suited for a mechanically inclined individual who takes personal accountability for quality and performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of related experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to distinguish colors for quality labels.
• Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• High attention to detail, capable of monitoring close tolerances and catching errors before they lead to waste.
• Display agility when priorities shift and be comfortable learning new software and cross-training on different assets.
• Understand that regular attendance is essential for the team’s collective success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently run label machines to meet daily production schedules while minimizing raw material waste.
• Use mechanical aptitude to monitor instruments, maintain dies, and find root-cause solutions to equipment malfunctions.
• Utilize ERP systems and logs to track time, materials (FIFO inventory), and quality control data.
• Collaborate across departments, performing distribution functions as needed to ensure site success.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
