Job PurposeTo ensure that all shipments have the required documentation to meet all standards in land, sea and air shipments. Warehouse LocationKey Responsibilities Responsible for the accurate documentation of sea, land and air outgoing shipments. Needs to be able provide applicable export documentation needed for each country of designation. Ensure that export laws and regulations are adhered to. Submit timey documents to Freight Forwarders. Understand a BOL, Pick List, Delivery Note, Invoices and Dangerous Goods. Perform domestic surface and air shipments. Perform over the road carrier shipments, along with erform international air shipments. Work with Allocator and Customer Service to fix orders. Schedule Incoming and Outgoing materials to and from offsite warehouse, and adjust pick tickets when wrong quantity is confirmed. Reports any discrepancies to supervisor. Follows all best practices of Safety and Yoshi. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Tasks that are secondary to the completion of the essential functions – those that could be performed by other workers.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs
  • Data discrepancies
  • Packing and labeling issues
  • Identify quality discrepancies
  • Able to solve piece count discrepancies
  • Understands and applies the chain of escalation
