The Boeing Company is seeking a highly motivated Lab Test Operations Lead to join the F-15 System Integration Test (SIT) team in Berkeley, MO. This role involves directing program execution activities for the SIT team, which operates multiple Electronic System Integration Laboratories (ESILs) and supports various domestic and international development programs. Key responsibilities include managing team budgets as a Control Account Manager (CAM), estimating future work, creating test plans, directing day-to-day lab schedules across multiple programs and test sites, interfacing with program managers and cross-functional teams, resolving lab issues, and coordinating test asset/avionics sharing. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in these areas and a strong drive to mentor early-career engineers and technical support specialists. The position requires working effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing plans while maintaining team focus on program milestones. The hiring manager is looking for a self-starter, detail-oriented, organized individual who can make high-impact program prioritization decisions and is committed to customer support. The lab serves as the 'last line of defense' before flight tests, requiring the lead to remain calm and focused under schedule pressure. A flexible work schedule, including extended days and occasional off-shift work, is required to support critical business milestones. Business travel is not common, but up to 10% travel may be required.
