About The Position

McWilliams Forge Company, in Rockaway, NJ, is a well-established leader in the manufacture of precision forged products for the aerospace industry. We are seeking a Lab Technician for our metallurgy and lab department . We are looking for a candidate who has experience with cutting machinery and strong attention to detail. Quality control would be a plus. A hard, driven worker who is eager to learn. Responsibilities

• Receive Pos in Visual per the Inbound report lab supervisor provides every morning.
• Perform full labs and ensure parts meet customer requirements through tests and quality inspections.
• Scanning of optical reports in our database for archiving.
• Help with 6S initiatives.
