Requirements

  • High School diploma, technical degree, or equivalent.
  • 0–1 year of experience (internships included).
  • Chemical and/or technical background.
  • Ability to follow instructions with high attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with fragrance raw materials and repetitive laboratory tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain documentation accurately.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Capacity to work safely with different material types.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a lab environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fragrance or cosmetics.
  • Knowledge of raw material handling protocols.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Weigh fragrances according to perfumers’ recipes following good manufacturing practices, including raw material preparation, barcode tracking, conditioning, and labeling.
  • Perform simple calculations related to formula quantities.
  • Produce oil reference samples used for first quality control evaluations.
  • Apply chemical and safety protocols when handling various raw materials.
  • Use best practices such as heating and handling of powders to prepare neat perfumer oils for internal evaluations.
  • Fill requested quantities and prepare perfume samples from stock and sample production.
  • Collect and deliver sufficient quantities of fragrance oils to the Sample Application Lab.
  • Complete administrative processing of all performed lab work.
  • Manage raw materials following good laboratory practices: labeling, shelf-life monitoring, replenishment, and contamination prevention.
