About The Position

This position is responsible for the preparation of feed and forage samples for testing, as well as performing a variety of computer entry tasks including but not limited to: recording, reporting and editing feed and forage results, summarize data in excel, update customer account information, answer the telephone, assist customers over the front desk, and various office duties.

Responsibilities

• Log in samples
• Prepare samples for testing
• Record and report feed and forage results
• NIR Analysis
• Edit NIR results
• Assist customers with questions
• Answer telephone as needed
• Responsible for data entry
• Summarize data in excel
• Prepare UPS/USPS packages
• Prepare and send supplies to customers
• Assisting in other departments and teams, as needed
• Pick up daily mail (samples) as needed
• Light cleaning duties as needed
• Perform regular schedule maintenance on equipment
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
