Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operate oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and RSA (Real -Time Spectrum Analyzers) for hardware testing and analysis Perform I -V (current -voltage) characterization on a variety of electronic components and devices Conduct RF testing and debugging to identify performance or design issues Perform device tear down, disassembly/reassembly, and root cause/failure analysis Document teardown procedures and test results with precision and clarity Track test devices from initial intake through final resolution Assist software teams by locating critical data within device file systems, under guidance Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Competency in configuring, calibrating, and operating electronic test instruments Ability to train and provide technical support to colleagues and team members Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative, team -based environments Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Qualifications Benefits Mackin Talent offers an attractive benefits package which includes major medical carrier, 15 days of PTO plus Holiday and Sick pay, paid volunteer hours, paternity/maternity leave and many more.   • Conduct RF testing and debugging to identify performance or design issues
  • Perform device tear down, disassembly/reassembly, and root cause/failure analysis
  • Document teardown procedures and test results with precision and clarity
  • Track test devices from initial intake through final resolution
  • Assist software teams by locating critical data within device file systems, under guidance
  • 4+ years of experience working with lab instrumentation and basic test equipment
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management for lab supplies and equipment
  • Competency in configuring, calibrating, and operating electronic test instruments
  • Ability to train and provide technical support to colleagues and team members
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative, team -based environments
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field
  • Knowledge of AI concepts and coding (e.g., Python) is a strong plus
