This is a fully onsite role based at our GMP Laboratory in Middleton, WI. We welcome applicants from all locations within the US. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position, and any relocation costs will be the responsibility of the candidate. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening. Discover Impactful Work: Performs assigned tasks such as gathering, washing, drying, and restocking glassware in a highly regulated environment. Performs daily work assignments accurately and in a timely manner. Work is performed in a clinical/GMP environment. A day in the Life: Perform any or all Glassware Washing functions to include oversight and performance of a variety of complex standard tasks and daily tasks in support of the Glassware Washing department. Assists/fulfills lab requests for glassware via email/RAM requests. Restocks lab cabinets with properly washed/inspected glassware. Maintains glass wash units to ensure proper functionality. Maintains 5S within glass washrooms. Assists with monthly glassware inventory. Provides daily metrics and other required departmental statistics. Delivery/pickup of glassware across campus, when required. Solution/HPLC waste dumping throughout campus. Providing green tagging duties on equipment throughout campus. Performs work assignments accurately and in a timely and safe manner.

Requirements

  • High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
  • Technical positions may require a certificate
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 1 year) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
  • Understanding of GLP/GCP
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Problem solving/troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to read, identify, and transcribe details accurately
