About The Position
Peer Mentors (PMs) are assigned to work in the SLRC to provide support to students and the SLRC staff. Support is accomplished in a variety of ways: Review of basic skills (practicing vital signs and health assessment) Assist students with Deliberate Practice (DP) including tracking student visits i Help students with any skills needed (vital signs, BP, catheterization, injections, etc.) Help with set up and break down of simulation events Assist with keeping the SLRC maintained
