Requirements
- Overnight availability
- Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience working in a laboratory environment
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Ensure Precision: Review all patient sample information for accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Accession Samples: Process patient sample information and physician test orders into our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) accurately.
- Verify Compliance: Ensure all required information per HIPAA/CAP/CLIA standards is obtained and verified on all orders.
- Handle Missing Information: Identify any missing information and follow proper procedures to address it.
- Digitize Records: Scan patient requisitions for electronic medical records.
- Maintain Excellence: Keep an error rate below 0.10%, with the ultimate goal of achieving zero errors per month.
