You will work in a corporate environment onsite with one of our largest and most well-known customers. This role supports the Video Collaboration group by providing high-level Audio/Visual (AV) troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support. You will regularly interact with clients in person, via phone, email, and IM. This dynamic role involves cross-training to backfill peer team members and participating in ongoing hands-on training to expand your technical capabilities.
