About The Position

Note Must be licensed in North Carolina and comfortable handling hearings in/around Charlotte as part of the job. About Our Client Our client is a well-established creditors’ rights, landlord-tenant, and litigation law firm serving clients across the Carolinas, known for practical strategy, attention to detail, and efficient execution. Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in North Carolina (JD required)
  • Litigation experience with strong legal writing and research skills
  • Comfort with oral advocacy and court appearances
  • Self-directed, professional, and effective working remotely
