Job Description: Job Family Definition: Responsible for delivery of company-based training programs that produce desired business outcomes. Plans, schedules, and delivers customized training programs for sales, leadership/management, and/or technical topics and other identified skill areas, and evaluates effectiveness of organizational development education solutions. Collaborates with company business segments, global functions, and Centers of Expertise to customize/localize delivery solutions as required. Encourages participation and meets target audience needs to facilitate change management in client groups. Management Level Definition: Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies. Manages exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors. Has accountability for results of a major program in terms of cost, direction, and people management. Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for the area of responsibility. Plans, manages, and monitors operational/tactical activities of staff. Staff members' work may involve strategic issues. Recruits and supports development of direct staff members. Typically reports to MG2 or Director. Additional guidance/criteria: Manages and controls activities within a single country or a sub-region which is part of a larger geographical Region; Manages at least 4 employees and typically between 8 and 15 direct reports. Span of control guidelines may differ from these numbers.

Requirements

  • First-level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 8-10 years in a training delivery or equivalent role, with 6+ years of demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Typically 0-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Superior planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills, including financial and global business acumen.
  • Superior ability to quickly lead the adoption of new, complex technology and concepts.
  • Superior familiarity with learning content and delivery solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a team of delivery resources, providing an effective environment for people to meet their established objectives.
  • Manages budget, forecasts, and reconciliation.
  • Drives alignment of priorities to the needs of the company's corporate and/or business function to agreed-upon criteria.
  • Engages client and/or subject matter experts in the identification of needs.
