Knowledge Manager Key Role: Assume responsibility for the development and execution of the program’s knowledge management processes. Coordinate and monitor knowledge management processes, ensuring processes align with government and corporate IT processes. Seek opportunities to develop and incorporate new efficiencies, procedures, and met rics to capture, track, and report program performance. Maintain data, information, and reporting components for program functional areas. Lead development and execution of knowledge management training.
