Requirements

  • Top Secret security clearance required
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Knowledge Management or similar role
  • At least 1 year of SharePoint knowledge management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in relevant field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing all knowledge-related activities, including the management, capturing, sharing and accessibility of knowledge assets.
  • Work alongside stakeholders, internal and external, to promote and optimize the usage of the organization's knowledge assets.
  • Evaluate and assist in establishing roles and responsibilities for supporting a Knowledge Management environment.
  • Participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new SharePoint-based initiatives.
  • Study customer requirements and translate them into directory structures.
  • Represent the Unit as a key participant in various Knowledge Management groups.
