About The Position

Cimarron is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at Schriever Space Force Base in the Colorado Springs, CO area. Key Duties : Create, maintain, and manage knowledge articles within BMC Remedy, including technical standard operating procedures across multiple technology areas. Migrate and consolidate knowledge content from SharePoint into Remedy to support a centralized knowledge base. Identify gaps in existing documentation and develop new knowledge articles to improve coverage and usability. Collaborate with technical teams to capture institutional knowledge and ensure documentation accuracy. Develop training materials and self-service resources to support users and operational teams.

Requirements

  • Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include, but is not limited to, testing for marijuana use.
  • This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire.   • Ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance in a reasonable timeframe.
  • 1 or more years of directly related experience.
  • Experience with BMC Remedy or Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Understanding of technical domains.

  • ITIL certification.
  • Technical knowledge across areas such as networks, applications, unified communications, servers, or cloud platforms.
  • Technical writing experience.
  • Leadership or team lead experience.
