Create and manage knowledge articles using BMC Remedy Manage knowledge articles on a variety of topics, including technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a variety of technology areas Utilize SharePoint and assist with transfer of the knowledge base fully into Remedy Identify gaps in the knowledge base and help write out the missing knowledge Work with the teams to create training for the various areas as well as self-help options Other duties as assigned
