About The Position

DMI, LLC is seeking an Knowledge Manager - Senior to join us. The Knowledge Manager Sr leads the strategic direction and implementation of the enterprise knowledge management program, developing comprehensive strategies aligned with IT service delivery goals. This senior role coordinates with technical SMEs across teams; implements advanced methodologies such as Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS); identifies opportunities to leverage AI in knowledge management; develops promotional materials; and provides executive reporting on program performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of related experience leading knowledge management programs in complex IT environments
  • Extensive experience with knowledge management strategies and content management systems
  • Proven track record implementing KM programs at scale
  • Knowledge of knowledge management frameworks and best practices
  • Experience with metrics development and program measurement
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
  • Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • KCS certification and ITIL Expert or Managing Professional
  • Experience with AI and machine learning for knowledge management
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Knowledge Management and AI capabilities
  • Strong strategic planning and program management skills
  • Understanding of organizational change management
