About The Position

LMI is currently seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to support Experimentation activities for the USTRANSCOM J/4/5/7 Strategic Plans, Policy, Logistics, and War-Fighting Development Directorate at Scott AFB, IL. Requirements

  • Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience; OR Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Active Top Secret clearance required; SCI eligibility preferred. Must be able to obtain TS/SCI.
  • Proven experience in knowledge management, information organization, or similar role
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytic ability, presentation development, and communications skills

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Knowledge Management, information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (desired)
  • Experience with Power BI, Adobe XD, MAVEN Smart System (desired)

Responsibilities

  • Developing knowledge management strategies, organizing databases, curating content, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps, capture expertise, and establish best practices for storing and accessing critical information.
  • Ability to manage knowledge repositories, promote collaboration, and ensure the efficient use of organizational knowledge assets.
