This internship supports the Enterprise Knowledge & Content team by helping ensure our internal content is accurate, well-organized, and AI-ready so employees and bots can find the right answers quickly and confidently. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Science, Communications, Technical Writing, Business Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in knowledge management, content operations, or AI-powered search/tools.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and working with structured information.
  • Graduation date of Dec 2026 or later.
  • Must be enrolled in a program of study with a university to be eligible.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with knowledge bases or documentation tools (school projects or internships count).
  • Familiarity with AI concepts like chatbots, enterprise search, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Responsibilities

  • Help audit and organize knowledge content across platforms like Simpplr, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
  • Identify outdated, duplicate, or missing content and document recommendations for cleanup.
  • Assist with creating and updating knowledge articles, FAQs, and process guides.
  • Apply tagging, metadata, and basic taxonomy standards to improve search and AI retrieval.
  • Test and validate “Ask” bot responses for accuracy, relevance, and proper access scoping.
  • Support simple reporting on content freshness and common knowledge gaps.
