Work Shift: Second Shift - Somersworth (United States of America) Work Shift Time: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Job Objective: Ability to operate a variety of manufacturing equipment following established Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain Safety, Quality and time standards. Ability to perform varying assignments daily. Essential Job Functions: Commitment to Safety Demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. Promotes a culture of safety within the organization by leading by example and encouraging others to prioritize safety. Promptly reports any safety incidents or near-misses to the appropriate personnel and contributes to the investigation process. Active participation in safety-related programs and initiatives is required as necessary. This includes involvement in the safety committee on a rotating schedule, as well as participation in Risk Assessments, Exposure Hunts, department inspections, and change management activities Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment. Operate complex manufacturing equipment following established procedures and Control Plans. Read and interpret the Discrete Job Routing Sheet. Perform quality checks as required. Complete necessary computer transactions or paperwork. Maintain established production standards. Accountable for personal goals and the department’s team goals. Individual must demonstrate the capability to learn to operate in several different departments after required training has been met. Requirements

  • High School Diploma and/or GED required.
  • Previous experience operating production machinery to set standards.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of multiple processes.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new processes.
