About The Position
The Kitting Associate will work as part of a team to complete the final assembly of kits. This role will be on 2nd shift, 3pm-11:30pm. The position requires following established procedures, reading and understanding fulfillment orders, collating, sorting, and batching materials, working on a conveyor belt or assembly line, and pulling and packing orders in a timely manner. Regular attendance and compliance with company policies, including safety and drug-free workplace policies, are essential.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have at least one year related experience and/or training.
Responsibilities
- Must follow established procedures for completing daily tasks and seek guidance from supervisor when confronted with unfamiliar situations
- Read and understand fulfillment orders
- Collate, sort and batch printed materials and customer product
- Work as part of a team on a conveyor belt or assembly line
- Pull material and pack each day’s orders in a timely manner
- May be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required.
- Compliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and procedures.
