As a Kitchen Worker you will be responsible for: Job Responsibilities: The Kitchen Worker is responsible for washing and sorting chinaware, glassware, silverware; wash big kettles and brazier, pots, pans, sheet pans, roasting pans. Wash and sanitize cutting boards, and serving utensils Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the floors according to established procedures which includes sweep, wash and mop floor, maintain work areas, dessert and pantry stations, pot rooms, dish rooms, etc. Take floor mats for washing, clean queen Mary’s, speed racks, carts, dollies, shelving racks, walk-ins, scrub floors with scrub machine Keep hallways, service elevators, walls and baseboards cleaned Re-stocking employees dining at self-service counters with ice, plates, bowls, dessert plates and maintain clean food counters Emptying and washing trash cans Clean and sanitize kitchen lines and equipment (counter tops, braziers, kettles, refrigerators, freezers, worktables, steam tables, microwaves, etc.) Clean and sanitize machinery of support kitchens and Pastry, Bakery and Fruit Room Supply clean pans, fry pans, sheet pans, lexans, bus tubs, etc. to production areas To polish copper and silver wares as scheduled Will maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the correct uniform and nametag when working Assist in inventory, and deliver chemicals, supplies, and linen when assigned Drive powered equipment according to safety guidelines given during certification training The Kitchen Worker completes duties as assigned; acts as roll model always presenting oneself as a credit to WYNN-ENCORE and encourages others to do the same
