Requirements

1 or more years experience in a high volume kitchen
A valid Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position
Must have an accommodating attitude
Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time

Responsibilities

Work side by side with team to ensure dish and glassware are cleaned and sanitized
Clean and organize dish, glass and smallwares during service
Performs opening and closing side work
Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times
Thoroughly cleans and organizes the utility area
Performs daily check list and ensures cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met
