Position Summary The Kitchen Worker will be the runner for the concession stand and will fulfill food and beverage orders in a fast-paced environment. The must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work event an event schedule based on the Iowa Cubs Baseball schedule (March-September). This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.00 and is tip eligible (per CBA). Benefits as per the union agreement. This position will remain open until June 5th, 2026

Requirements

Experience in basic food handling, sanitation, and customer service is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and respectful approach toward guests, coworkers, managers, and volunteers.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Responsible for basic preparation and running orders for food and beverage products.
Responsible for keeping the work area and surroundings clean using company/State sanitation standards.
Responsible for memorizing the product menu available at concession location.
Assist in clean up and break down of the concession area at the end of the each event.
