Wedgewood Weddings is hiring Kitchen Utility Attendants. This position is best described as a Multi-Use Utility Person, critical to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities. Responsibilities include washing dishes, helping with food prep, and plating food during events, as well as assisting with ongoing kitchen and facility maintenance. Weekend, evening and holiday availability is mandatory
Regular availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Regular availability to work shifts of more than 8 hours and workweeks of more than 40 hours

Responsibilities

Washing dishes
Helping with food prep
Helping to plate the food during the actual events
Assisting with on-going kitchen and facility maintenance
Keeping the kitchen clean to set standards, including but not limited to washing dishes, cleaning floors and countertops
Emptying all solid waste containers and keeping solid waste storage areas sanitized and free of debris
Assist in maintaining storage areas, walk-ins, coolers, and freezers
