About The Position

We're rolling at Miami Roller Rink , and we're looking for reliable, hardworking back-of-house line cooks to join our kitchen team. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork matter just as much as speed. If you take pride in your work, show up ready to contribute, and can keep cool under pressure - we want to meet you. This is a hands-on kitchen role. Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of line cook or kitchen experience (preferred)
• Food safety experience or knowledge (preferred)
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume setting
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight in a warm kitchen
• Must be 18 years or older (Required to safely operate fryers, grills, knives, and other kitchen equipment; alcohol service may be required depending on shift)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items to brand standards
• Work grill, fryer, prep, and assembly stations as needed
• Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• Communicate clearly with teammates during busy service
• Strong customer service skills
• Support a smooth, efficient kitchen flow on every shift
• Contribute to a positive, respectful work environment - every day
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace, including the proper disposal of waste and cleaning of equipment.
