About The Position

Join Our Kitchen Team at Dash In! Are you passionate about food and excited to be part of a fresh, innovative culinary concept? Dash In — part of the Wills Group family of brands — is launching a new, chef-inspired food program designed to redefine what great food looks like in a 24/7 retail environment. We're building a talented Back of House (BOH) team and are looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Team Members to help us deliver unforgettable food experiences to our guests. Your Role: Kitchen Team Member / Prep Cook As a key member of our kitchen team, you’ll bring our chef-inspired menu to life. You’ll prepare high-quality dishes with consistency and care, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and create a warm, engaging experience for every guest.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete a company-paid GED program)
  • At least 1 year of food service experience; line cook or prep cook experience preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Active ServSafe certification or similar food safety credentials
  • Comfort using POS or kitchen-related technology
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to speak and understand Korean is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare delicious, made-to-order meals while following strict food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
  • Maintain proper prep levels to ensure freshness and smooth service throughout the day.
  • Keep your prep area clean, organized, and fully stocked to support efficient operations.
  • Receive, store, and rotate ingredients to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
  • Ensure the kitchen remains clean, sanitized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Interact with guests during food preparation to deliver a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Safely operate kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, grills, and slicers.
