Requirements

  • 18 years old+
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit a positive & servant's heart attitude with every customer and team interaction
  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Prepare cold individual and catering menu items as prep cook
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all food service kitchen stations, including fryer, breading, assembling, boards, grill, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Wash and put away kitchen dishes
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
