About The Position

Join Dash In's Kitchen Team in Indian Head, Maryland! Dash In, part of the Wills Group, is launching a chef-inspired food concept in a 24/7 setting, and we’re seeking passionate Kitchen Team Members to redefine convenience dining. As part of our Back of House (BOH) team, you'll create unforgettable food experiences for our guests.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete through our program)
• Must be 18+
• authorized to work in the U.S.
• able to pass background and drug checks

Nice To Haves

• One year of food service experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals while following food safety and cleanliness standards
• Stock and organize prep areas, ensuring a smooth kitchen flow
• Engage with guests as you prepare food, adding a personal touch
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment efficiently
