Responsibilities

  • Champion Operational Excellence and 2nd Mile Customer Service in all areas of responsibility
  • Identify and act on opportunities to create memorable moments for guests and have a positive impact in our community
  • Open and close the restaurant
  • Lead operations and Team Members in the Kitchen
  • Inventory Management
  • Remain informed on all Store, Market, and Chain-Wide Events and Promotions
  • Identify future leaders and directly support the development of all Team Members
  • Complete assigned Food Safety and Quality assessments
  • Uphold policies and procedures
  • Document all accountability conversations
  • Anticipate needs and move with intention and urgency in all areas of responsibility
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable; demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A Firestone's uniform standards, policies, standards of conduct, and operational requirements at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
