About The Position

Are you an experienced kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to help manage day-to-day kitchen operations, lead the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

  • 21+ with a high school diploma (Culinary or F&B degree a plus)
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen or resort setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer and POS knowledge
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must have Food Handler s Card, Alcohol Awareness Card, and Non-Gaming Card

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary or F&B degree a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with supervising and scheduling kitchen staff
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
  • Support marketing efforts for kitchen promotions and events
  • Help maintain inventory, place orders, and manage costs
  • Train, motivate, and lead kitchen team members
  • Handle administrative tasks including payroll, reports, and shift paperwork
  • Ensure all equipment is operated safely and health codes are followed
  • Monitor cash handling and POS procedures
  • Maintain a positive, guest-focused atmosphere
