About The Position

We are seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our Kitchen department, ensuring the highest standards of culinary standards, and ensuring outstanding guest dining experience.

Requirements

  • Previous Kitchen or hospitality experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Kitchen procedures, techniques, and sanitation practices.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily supervision and coordination of all kitchen operations.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet brand and resort standards.
  • Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff; foster a positive and professional work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health regulations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the Kitchen team to ensure food quality and safety.
  • Overseeing the cooking process, check inventory and maintaining equipment.
  • Assign in tasks and manage work schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Address and resolve guest requests or concerns regarding Kitchen services.
  • Assist in onboarding new Kitchen team members.
