Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with casino operations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of servers, cooks, dishwashers and other kitchen personnel to ensure a high standard of service
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, under the direction of the Executive Chef, of the kitchen.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
