The ideal candidate will: Thrive in a high-volume environment with a passion for culinary excellence and incorporating current trends Have experience in leading and developing a culinary team Have proven success of consistently executing a high-quality product in a professional atmosphere Have a well-rounded background in various restaurant styles with a keen eye for details and exceptional organizational skills. Have previous hotel banquet experience This is a Full-Time position, candidates will need full availability including: nights, weekends and holidays.
