About The Position

The Kitchen Supervisor contributes to the success of the kitchen by supporting the management team with operational duties while developing their skills as a leader. This is a working management role- our supervisors work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years culinary experience preferred
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to kneel, squat, bend and reach to stock shelves
  • Must be able to lift/ carry packages up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Successful execution of all kitchen stations
  • Overseeing food preparation and production
  • Inventory and ordering
  • Training and coaching staff
  • Maintaining cleanliness standards
