Requirements

• 3+ years of kitchen operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance.
• Monitor inventory levels, handle orders, and control food costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain and update menus.
• Manage kitchen maintenance, ensuring equipment is cleaned and functional.
• Assist the Executive Chef with banquets and meal periods
