Canopy by Hilton, a beautiful boutique hotel situated in downtown Grand Rapids, is seeking a culinary expert! We have two amazing restaurants under our wing - PORTICO, a trendy cafe-style eatery, and KNOOP, a rooftop craft cocktail lounge. In addition, we host a variety of meetings and events in our vibrant event space and offer banquet services. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Supervisor/Cook to join our culinary team and take on a key support role within our Food & Beverage operations. This position is ideal for someone who not only excels in preparing high‑quality dishes with consistency and care, but also enjoys stepping into a leadership role to help guide and support the kitchen team. The ideal candidate brings strong culinary skills, a passion for maintaining high standards, and the ability to assist with supervisory responsibilities that keep our kitchen running smoothly.
