Join our team as a Kitchen Steward, where you'll ensure the cleanliness of the dining room and assist with banquet setups. Requirements

Be willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
Familiarity with using cleaning equipment and prior experience in the cleaning field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle dishes, utensils, and glassware, loading them into the dishwasher and ensuring they're cleaned thoroughly for reuse.
Organize cleaned dishes and return any that need a second wash.
Keep the kitchen spotless by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing walls, cleaning trash cans, and tidying up the loading dock.
Regularly clean and maintain stoves, ovens, grills, and broilers, ensuring they're ready for use, including scrubbing surfaces and relighting when needed.
