Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
• Effectively manage multiple tasks under pressure of deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Able to take initiative and exhibit flexibility
• Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
• Able to work indoors and in a fast-paced, busy environment
• Has over 6 months of customer service and/or cash handling experience
• Must be available to work show days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets, upsell, cross-sell, and process ticket orders, including will call for shows, events, exhibits, and attractions, while providing prompt and courteous service to all guests.
• Perform ticket verification prior to entry into exhibits and events.
• Provide educated answers to guest questions and furnish detailed information regarding property facilities and services.
• Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority.
• Utilize and balance a cash drawer with various tender types while processing ticket sales.
• Interpret and operate multiple computer and ticketing systems with accuracy.
• Answer multi-line telephones using proper etiquette.
